FRIED CHICKEN DELICIOUS RESTAURANT TASTE

If the children are hard to eat it is very common in the house, usually the child is bored with the menu of cuisine that we make, if our children are bored with our cuisine menu let’s try cooking fried chicken restaurant taste.

Why children like to eat fried chicken because children are usually affected by what is seen as an example the child was watching on television there were children eating fried chicken, this is what makes children like it.
Favorite Menu children at home is Fried-Chicken how to make it practical and delicious.

Ingredients :

1 chicken
4 cloves garlic
5-6 onion cloves
1 tsp coriander
1 pcs pecan
2 lbr bay leaves (torn)
3 lbr orange leaves
1 btg lemongrass (geprek)
1 segment of ginger finger (geprek)
Galangal grate
Turmeric
Salt

Method :

  • Blend coriander, candlenut, garlic, onion, and turmeric
  • Boil chicken with fine spices, ginger, Galangal grated, lemongrass, bay leaf, lime leaves, salt with enough water until the water shrink
  • Separate the chicken from the spice of the ginger. This is to facilitate the process of frying
  • Fried chicken with medium heat until brownish yellow
  • Fried Galangal with medium heat while stirring occasionally so as not to clot until golden.
  • So that the oil is not too splashed Galangal spice can first be drained in the filter while pressed-press to dispose of water.
