Rica – Spicy Pork with Basil
Mashed Ingredients:
5-10 Red cayenne pepper (can be adjust to your taste)
3-5 cloves Shallot
3 cloves Garlic
1 Candlenut
1 cm Turmeric (or you can use turmeric powder)
Ingredients:
250 gr Pork
A half big Onion
A Tomato (slice into pieces)
Some Basil leaves
A leek / scallion
A Table spoon Lime juice
Salt to seasoning
Preparation:
Cut the pork into pieces, not to big pieces keep aside
Peel the skin of shallot, garlic and turmeric then mashed by (grind or blend) with the red cayenne pepper till smooth
Peel and slices the onion, slice the tomato and leek
How to cook Rica – Spicy Pork with Basil :
Preheat pan over medium heat and Saute all mashed ingredient till aromatic
Add the pork and keep stir until color change
Cook until cook well, add a little water if needed
Add the slices of onion, tomato, leek, and seasoning with salt keep stir
And the last add the basil stir and ready to serve.
Enjoy with warm rice is the best.
