Ingredients :

125 grams of flour
125 grams of sugar
100 grams of margarine
125 grams dark chocolate
4 eggs
2 packs of vanilla powder
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 tablespoon cake emulsifier SP / TBM
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Materials for topping

Jam to taste
Cherry to taste
Whipped cream to taste

Method

  1. Prepare a rather large container, then insert eggs, sugar, cake emulsifier, and a vanilla wrapper, then mix well with a medium-speed mixer until it turns white.
  2. Sift wheat flour, a vanilla packet, cocoa powder, baking powder, cornstarch, then put into a mixture of eggs, sugar, cake emulsifier and vanilla.
  3. After that, dilute chocolate, margarine, then mix well and set aside.
  4. After the mixture of chocolate and margarine was rather cold, please pour into the cookie dough. Then stir back until well blended.
    Then put the dough into a pan that has been smeared with margarine slightly. Enter into a steamer or oven pan, then steam for about 20 minutes until done.
  5. If it is cooked, lift, and the cake is ready to be decorated. Here is the appearance of the cake tart that has been cooked but not yet decorated.
  6. For decoration, you can use jam, cherry, whipped cream or whatever it is, according to taste sist respectively. And following the appearance of a simple tart cake that has been finished decorated. Maybe a bit simple decoration.
