Recipe Kohlrouladen Delicious ( German Food )

Ingredients

  • 500 gr of chopped beef.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 sheet of fresh bread.
  • 8 cloves of red onion.
  • 5 cloves of garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
  • Cabbage 1 piece.
  • Mustard 1 tablespoon.
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Paprika powder.
  • Savor flavor sufficiently.
  • Oil and water to taste.

How to make

  • Heat the water in a saucepan then add salt in it and soak it cabbage sheets in hot water that have been mixed with salt for about 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes have passed, take the cabbage sheet and drain it.
