FRIED TOFU SHRIMP BALL
Tofu is not only a healthy side dish but also unique with a mixture of shrimp . FRIED TOFU SHRIMP BALL is suitable as a side dish or a new snack to complement the taste of eating at home.
Ingredients :
- 300 grams of silk tofu puree using a fork
- 200 grams of roughly chopped peeled shrimp
- 100 grams of diced cubes
- 1 1/4 teaspoon of Royco chicken stock
- cooking oil
- 1 egg is being shaken
- 200 grams of white bread flour
- 100 grams of strong bread flour
- 3/4 teaspoon of Royco chicken stock
Method :
- In a bowl, stir well, tofu, shrimp, yam, and Royco Chicken Broth. Round. Store in the refrigerator until solid.
- In a separate container, prepare chicken eggs, bread flour, flour. Add t tsp Royco Chicken Broth to each ingredient, mix well.
- Blend the tofu in wheat flour, put it in the egg, then mix with bread flour.
- Fry in hot oil and much until cooked and brownish yellow. Lift, drain.
- Serve immediately accompanied by chili sauce or bottled tomato sauce.
