FRIED TOFU SHRIMP  BALL

FRIED TOFU SHRIMP  BALL

Tofu is not only a healthy side dish but also unique with a mixture of shrimp . FRIED TOFU SHRIMP  BALL is suitable as a side dish or a new snack to complement the taste of eating at home.



Ingredients : 

  • 300 grams of silk tofu puree using a fork
  • 200 grams of roughly chopped peeled shrimp
  • 100 grams of diced cubes
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon of Royco chicken stock
  • cooking oil
  • 1 egg is being shaken
  • 200 grams of white bread flour
  • 100 grams of strong bread flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon of Royco chicken stock

Method :

  1. In a bowl, stir well, tofu, shrimp, yam, and Royco Chicken Broth. Round. Store in the refrigerator until solid.
  2. In a separate container, prepare chicken eggs, bread flour, flour. Add t tsp Royco Chicken Broth to each ingredient, mix well.
  3. Blend the tofu in wheat flour, put it in the egg, then mix with bread flour.
  4. Fry in hot oil and much until cooked and brownish yellow. Lift, drain.
  5. Serve immediately accompanied by chili sauce or bottled tomato sauce.
