Black Pepper Beef Recipe

Ingredients

250 gr Beef
1 teaspoon Black Pepper (ground)
1/2 Onion
1 clove Garlic
1 Green Onion
1/2 small Red Bell Pepper (optional)
1/2 small Yellow Bell Pepper (optional)
Salt
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Marinade
1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions

• Marinate the beef with all the marinade ingredient about 15 minutes
• Cut the onion, red bell pepper, and green onion as you like
• Heat the pan add some vegetable oil
• Stir-fry the garlic and onion about 2 minutes till aromatic
• Add ground black pepper, salt, and all bell peppers stir well
• Add the beef and stir well. Cook about 10-15 minutes till the beef cook well
• Add green onion stir and serve with hot steam rice
