Chicken Parmigiana
Ingredients
150 gr chicken legs,
1 pcs egg,
100 gr flour Kentucky.
Mashed Potato Material.
100 gr of potato,
10 gr butter,
55 ml of fresh milk,
3 grams of salt,
3 grams of pepper.
Vegetable Mixture Material.
50 gr tomato concase,
30 grams of mozarella cheese,
10 grams of corn,
carrots 10 gr.
10 gr beans.
How to make.
- Season the chicken thighs, then sprinkle with egg and put in kentucky flour, then fry until cooked.
- Make mashed potatoes, put butter, fresh milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder and the last mashed potatoes. Saute the onion with butter and put the mixture of vegetables, stir-fry until evenly distributed. Then prepare the tomato concase.
- Serve, mashed potatoes we put in the middle of the plate, on it we put the chicken thighs that have been cooked, then topping with tomato concase and cheese mozarella, then dioven.
