Ramen is a typical Japanese noodle dish. This dish consists of two main elements – namely ramen and noodle soup, as well as various additional elements. Usually Japanese ramen uses meat topping, eggs, menma (bamboo shoot fermentation), negi (leeks), and nori (seaweed). Intrigued by ramen recipes and how to make them, let’s try following the recipe.

Ingredients :

Method :

  1. Boiled 1 liter of water to boiling.
