Recipes Ramen Delicious With Spices

Ramen is a typical Japanese noodle dish. This dish consists of two main elements – namely ramen and noodle soup, as well as various additional elements. Usually Japanese ramen uses meat topping, eggs, menma (bamboo shoot fermentation), negi (leeks), and nori (seaweed). Intrigued by ramen recipes and how to make them, let’s try following the recipe.

Ingredients :

  • 3 tablespoons of oil to saute
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 cm of freshly squeezed ginger
  • 2 tablespoons finely sliced leeks
  • 200 grams of minced beef
  • 3 fresh red chili fruit puree
  • 2 tablespoons of fine peanut butter 2 tablespoons shoyu (typical Japanese soy sauce) or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1tsp of sugar
  • 500 grams of fresh ramen or frozen ramen ready to use
  • 1 pack (8g) Versatile beef flavor
  • 1 liter of water
  • Chili oil is ready to use




Method :

  1. Boiled 1 liter of water to boiling.
  2. While waiting, saute the garlic, fresh ginger, and chives until fragrant. Enter into boiled water after boiling
  3. Enter stir-fried minced beef with fine red cayenne pepper, peanut butter, shoyu, salt, pepper powder, and sugar.
  4. After the meat looks ripe and tender, add the ramen and stir it slowly.
  5. Wait until the ramen is cooked and the aroma is fragrant, turn off the heat and the ramen is ready to serve.
