Recipes Steak Salisbury. Unlike ordinary steaks, this one is a unique way of processing meat and the taste of the sauce is really special plus really good! Ingredients :

  • 450 gr ground beef
  • egg { 1 Pcs }
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • tbsp mustard [ 1 ]
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup of bread flour
  • ½ teaspoon of rough black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Peas
  • French fries

Sauce ingredients:

  • 150 gr butter (salted)
  • a onion clove
  • 1½ cups of beef broth
  • One tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons parsley (chopped) leaves





Method :

  1. Mix in a bowl: ground beef, eggs, tomato puree, mustard, soy sauce, onion powder, bread flour, black pepper and a pinch of salt, then mix well
  2. Take a handful of dough, shape like steak meat.
  3. Bake in a skillet filled with enough butter to cover one pan, bake until both sides are cooked, set aside
  4. In the same skillet, cook the ingredients of the sauce: onions, beef broth and soy sauce, then mix well
  5. Re-enter the steak meat
  6. Let it boil, then cover for 10-15 minutes
  7. Serve with peas & fries, sprinkle parsley
