Siomay chicken shrimp simple

Ingredients
250 gr chicken fillet
3 rb dumplings (14 sheets)
150 gr shrimp peeled
6 tbsp tep sago
2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3-4 drops of fish sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil

1- stalk- of finely chopped onion
1- stalk of finely chopped celery
A little cold water (half a glass of starfruit)

 

Method

  1. Roughly chop all the chicken and shrimp .. (in half frozen) easy to chop .. then mix all the ingredients of the dumplings so one then stir until really – united then the test at the end of the tongue a little flavor.
  2. Take the skin of dumplings, fill with dough siomay in the middle then wrap the bowl shape while folding smooth beside it, do until finished then steamed. Steam duration depends on the size of the dumplings, the content is rather thick and full steamed 25 minutes .. (when the boiling water just enter siomay) .. ready to serve with a bottle sauce ..
