SPINACH AND TOFU become Delicious Food

 

Spinach Tofu

Only have spinach and tofu can still eat well. Healthy and nutritious is also suitable for vegetarians. Spinach and tofu are not only nutritious but also delicious food.

 

Ingredient,

A handful Spinach, a bar tofu become a healthy and delicious food. You can add some white pepper (1/2 teaspoon), soy sauce (1 teaspoon), tomato sauce (1 teaspoon), and some salt (1 teaspoon). To make a ball form you can add about 1 tablespoon cornstarch or one egg. But if you don’t have time, it doesn’t need to be formed. If you like red pepper and carrot can be added for more colorful.

How to cook,

Wash the spinach thoroughly then drain with a sieve.

Spinach that has been washed thoroughly soak with warm water 2-3 minutes.

Strain and dry with kitchen tissues then chopped.

Add a bar tofu then soften it using a cutlery.

Put in the white pepper, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and salt mixed all.

Add cornstarch/egg mixed well then make a form like a ball (can be skip)

You can fry them, steam or grill until turns a little brown
