Tortiglioni With Anchovies
Ingredients :
12 OZ. of Tortiglioni Pasta
2/3 CUP of Olive Oil
4 OZ.of Salt- Packed Anchovies
3 OZ. of Shelled Walnut or Hazelnuts, Finely Chopped
Breadcrumbs
2 Garlic, peel and slightly crushed
Marjoram
Salt
How to Make :
Remove the bones from the Anchovies and rinse them thoroughly to remove the salt.
In a large pot of boiling water cook the Tortiglioni Pasta until al dente.
Break the Anchovies into a pieces and Heat a pan and add some Olive Oil, garlic. Add 6 Tbsp Breadcrumb and saute. Add the Finely Chopped Shelled Walnut or Hazelnuts. Stir ensuring that the Breadcrumbs and nuts (Walnut or Hazelnuts) brown and become crisp without burning.
Once the Tortiglioni Pasta is al dente, drain and toss in the pan to coat with the Breadcrumbs. Remove the Garlic, sprinkle with Marjoram and Tortiglioni With Anchovies ready to serve.
