CAKE WITH ORANGE RECIPE

   INGREDIENTS :

• 2 x 275 gr Puff Pastry ( 2 pcs long puff pastry)

• 50 ml Orange Jus150 gr Sugar

• 25 gr Cornstarch

• 2 Orange

• 400 ml Cream

• 8 gr Vanila Sugar

• 300 gr Cream Cheese

    HOW TO MAKE :

Step 1 :

• 275gr Puff Pastry (make ring shape 22cm)

• 50 ml Orange Jus

• Skewer the pastry

• Grease with orange jus

• Sprinkle with sugar

• Bake about 20 minutes (in preheat oven 200 C)

     Step 2 :

• Greate orang peel

• 2 Orange (Peeled and cut into small cube)

• 50 gr Sugar

• 25 gr Cornstarch

• Cook on medium heat about 10 minutes

• Let it cool

     Step 3 :

• 400ml Cream

• 80gr Sugar

• 8gr Vanila Sugar

• Mix and than add

• 300gr Cream Cheese

• Mixed with medium speed till thick

     Step 4 :

• Prepare the ring bake pastry into mold

• Layer the ring pastry with cream and orange jam

  (Make some layer)

     Step 5 :

• 275gr pastry make ring shape and cut into 12 pieces

• Grease with orange jus

• Sprinkle with sugar

• Bake about 20 minutes (in preheat oven 200 C)

• Arrange on top of the layer

• Leave it in fridge about 4 hours

     Step 6 :

• Make breadcrumbs from excess pastry cut (from step 1)

• Stick around the sides of the cake

• Ready to serve and Enjoy
