Chicken Pakora
Ingredients
Boneless chicken-cut into 3 cm cubes:- 250 gm Garlic cloves:- 6 Ginger piece:- 2.5 cm White pepper powder:- ¼ tsp Red chili powder:- ¼ tsp Salt:- ¼ tsp Garam masala:- ½ tsp Coriander powder:- 1 tsp Lemon juice:- 2 tsp
Ingredients for batter
Egg:- 1 Gram flour:- 2 tbsp Refined flour:- 2 tbsp Lemon juice:- 2 tsp Red chili powder:- ½ tsp Salt:- ¼ tsp Gram masala:- ½ tsp Oil for frying

Method
- Prepare a paste of the garlic and ginger. Marinate the chicken pieces with this paste and the leftover ingredients. Set aside for an hour.
- Combine all the batter ingredients and thoroughly beat. In a kadai, heat the oil.
- Dip the marinated chicken in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Repeat the preparation method with the leftover chicken pieces.
- Drain the excessive oil on kitchen towel.
- Serve hot.
