Egg Butter Baby Puree

This baby puree is easy to make. A little puree that my darlings love !

The ingredients (always for 500 to 600g of puree) :

  • 1 beautiful eggplant
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 or 3 carrots
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter

The Preparation :

  1. Cut the ends of the eggplant and peel it.
  2. Wash and dice it.
  3. Peel the potato and the carrots, wash them and also dice them.
  4. Put all the vegetables in the oven, cover with water and put on medium heat at the start then low heat (when it boils) for 35 ‘.
  5. Drain and mix.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and add a nice knob of butter.
  7. Your egg butter baby Puree is ready now.
