Healthy Chocolate Pancakes Recipes
When my son ask me to prepare his breakfast, I try made him a healthy breakfast with chocolate pancake with sugar-free. I was think my son will not like it beacause of sugar free, but in fact he still like it soo. He enjoy his breakfast and enjoy every single bite… !
Recipe for a healthy chocolate pancakes :
Serving for : 2 people
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana,
- 1 large egg (L),
- 2 medjool dates, pitted,
- 100 ml almond milk,
- 30 grams of oatmeal flour * ,
- 20 grams of buckwheat flour,
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
- 1 tablespoon (raw) cocoa powder,
- coconut oil.
Preparation / Direction :
- Be the first to mix all ‘wet’ ingredients in a blender or food processor: Let the banana, egg, dates and almond milk run for 1 minute so that everything is well mixed.
- Finally add the ‘dry’ ingredients: Oatmeal flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder and raw cocoa powder and let it run until everything is mixed and you no longer see lumps.
- Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 of the chocolate pancake mix into the frying pan and bake the pancakes for approximately 3-4 minutes. Halfway of course of course.
- You can of course garnish the healthy chocolate pancakes with fresh fruit and a scoop of sour cream. The latter in particular gives a nice contrast with all ‘sweet’ ingredients.
Note : You can also bake the batter of these chocolate pancakes in smaller heaps and so you can easily serve healthy chocolate pancakes. Build a tower with slices of strawberries and a spoon of sour cream on top! That will be delicious!
