Ingredients

  • 500 grams of sticky rice.
  • 500 ml of coconut milk (from ½ coconut).

2 tsp coriander

200 ml thick coconut milk
brown sugar, to taste

2 bay leaves
1 slice of galangal, crushed
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed

Method

  1. Glutinous rice washed and then soaked 1 hour.
  2. Steamed half cooked, diaron with coconut milk, salt, and pandan leaves then steamed again until cooked.
  3. Blend all spices except bay leaves, galangal, and lemongrass, stir-fry with cooking oil.
  4. Enter the minced meat, chopped chicken and saute until wilted, pour the coconut milk little by little, last the acid water.
  5. Cook until the meat is cooked perfectly, try not to get too dry.
  6. Take some sticky rice and fill it with meat.
  7. Finally wrap with banana leaves.
  8. Wait until cook and serve.
