Mushroom Baby Puree

It’s easy to serve baby puree for your baby and your baby will love the taste.

The ingredients (for about 500g of puree) :

  • 200g button mushrooms
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 – 3 carrots (depending on their size)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh cream

The preparation :

  1. Cut the stems of the mushrooms, clean the heads well and mince them into strips.
  2. Peel the potato and carrots, wash and dice them.
  3. Put everything in the oven, cover with water and cook for 35 ‘.
  4. At the end of time, drain (always keeping a little broth in the case but normally here, not worth it, the mash should be quite smooth)
  5. Mix everything, add 1 tbsp heavy cream.
  6. Salt and pepper.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning as well as the dosage of the cream in case the mushroom is too pronounced according to taste.
  8. Your Mushroom Baby Puree is ready to serving.
