Ingredients :

Contents:
120 g of unsalted butter
90 g brown sugar
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder

Dry Material:
450 g of all-purpose flour
240 g of fine grained sugar
4 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Wet Material:
360 ml of liquid milk
2 chicken eggs
120 ml of oil
2 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:
100 g pecans, baked

Glazing:
120 g of cream cheese
120 g of refined sugar
2 tablespoons of liquid milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method :

  1. Mix well all ingredients. Enter in the triangle palette. Set it aside.
  2. Mix dry ingredients. Stir well.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients in the jar. Stir well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture in a round baking pan 18 cm in diameter. Spray the filling mixture into a spiral above the cake surface. Sprinkle with pecans.
  6. Bake in a hot temperature of 180˚C until cooked (45 minutes). Take it out.
  7. Glazing: Beat cream cheese and refined sugar using a mixer until smooth.
  8. Add liquid milk and vanilla extract, stir again until blended.
  9. Pour the glazing over the hot cake surface. Serve it.
