Ingredients
600 grams of wet noodles
100 grams of beef
2 pieces of onion
1/2 fruit zukini
2 pieces of potato
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
4 tablespoons of sago water
2 glasses of water
7 tablespoons oil
6 Jajangmyeon sauce called Chunjang

How to make :

  1. Cut meat like dice, onion, potato and zukini fruit.
  2. Fried ~Jajangmyeon sauce with 6 tablespoons oil.
  3. Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, then fry the onion, then add beef, zucchini and potatoes.
  4. After the ingredients are cooked, add the sauce that has been fried before.
  5. Stir until blended, then pour sago water.
  6. After boiling for 5 minutes, turn off the fire and boil the noodles then rinse with water.
  7. Put the noodles in a large bowl and pour the sauces on top.
  8. Serve together with yellow radish pickles.
