Ingredients

  • 100 ml of water
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1½ tablespoons cornstarch

Method :

  1. Custard: Blend mango flesh, water, lemon juice, egg yolks, cornstarch, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Pour into the pan, cook over medium heat until thickened, lift. Store in the refrigerator until it’s cool.
  3. Take 1 vanilla sponge, spray the buttercream ready to use on the edge of the top surface of the cake. Give 4 tablespoons mango custard in the middle, smooth it. Cover with 1 vanilla sponge.
  4. Brush the entire surface with the remaining buttercream. Decorate with mango flesh.
  5. Serve it.
