TOFU CRISPY

Tofu Crispy

Ingredients

2 know white big size, steamed and then diced
¾ flour
2 tsp baking powder
Chicken broth to taste
Salt and oil to taste

Spices :

1 pack of chicken stock
4 cloves of garlic, puree
2 cm turmeric, puree
Salt and coriander powder to taste
Enough water



Method :

  1. Pieces of tofu are put into the spices that have been mashed.
  2. Stir slowly until smooth.
  3. Then let stand for about 10-20 minutes. Enter into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Make dough by mixing flour, backing powder, chicken broth also salt.
  5. Take the tofu, dip it in the flour dough until wrapped flat.
  6. Fried until brownish yellow, then lift and ready to serve.
