Spanish Baked Fish
Ingredients
- 1 tail seabream fish or can also be replaced with other cut fish
8 cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1 piece of red, small pepper
10 pieces of green olive
4 tbsp white wine
1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1 tbsp capers
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
Olive oil to taste
Parsley leaves to taste
Method
- Clean the fish and cut into pieces, sprinkle the fish with a little salt and a little onion bake in the middle and spice the fish neatly over the onions on a heat-resistant dish / dish.
- Next order the rest of the onions beside the fish and so on layout of peppers, tomatoes, olive, capers around the fish.
