Here is what you require :
1. Green olive tapenade, 3 tablespoon
2. Finely chopped, seeded and stemmed peperoncini
3. Pure virgin olive oil, ½ a cup
4. Bocconcini, 9 ounces
5. Red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon
6. Lemon Juice Extract, 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon
7. Finely chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon
8. Salt and Pepper
9. Lettuce leaves shredded, 1 head
10. Shredded Genoa Salami, 6 ounces
11. Green Olives, ½ a cup
12. Basil leaves, 6
Preparation
1. Take a medium to large sized bowl at first
2. Now make a mixture of the olive tapenade and peperoncini
3. Add oil, ¼ of a cup
4. Toss the mixture with bocconcini added to it
5. Now extract lemon juice and keep it in a small bowl
6. Whip the lemon juice with vinegar, oregano and chopped garlic.
7. Now blend the residual ¼ cup of oil with the lemon juice mixture and salt and pepper to taste
8. Shred the salami and lettuce leaves
9. It is time that you combine the bocconcini and about half of the dressing and mix well
10. Take a large plate and spread on the antipasto salad
11. Add olives and basils
12. Sprinkle the other half of the marinated materials
