Cheese Roll Cake (Easy Recipe)
Cheese roll cake is nice for your children breakfast, or teatime. it’s a little bit complicated to make, but it’s nice taste.
Ingredients
300 g integral flour
300 g flour type 550
40 g baker’s yeast (1 cube)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 egg
ca 2 dl milk
2 dl yogurt
Stuffing:
300 g cheese
3 tablespoon sour cream
chives
150 g pressed ham
And also :
120 g of frozen butter for dough coating
1 egg for roll coating
sesame seeds
Cooking steps

Dough
Pour warm milk over the yeast mixed with sugar, stir it and leave it for about 10-15 minutes in a warm place. Take the flour and add the yeast and all the other ingredients you kept at room temperature. Make a soft dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes, covered.

Roll out the dough, grate frozen butter over it and then wrap it into a roll again. Cover it and let it rest for another 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle form, cut stripes about 1,5-2 cm wide and then roll them into a spiral onto corn sticks or metal sticks if you have them. Before you roll the dough onto them, make sure you coat them with butter.

Let the rolls rest for another 20-30 minutes, coat them with stirred egg and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 220°C, depending on your stove.

Stuffing
Chop the pressed ham and chives and mix in the sour cream and cheese.
Stuff the cold rolls with the help of a confectioner’s bag.
