CHOCOLATE BAR ICE-CREAM
Do you Chocolate Bar Ice-Cream lovers, and you have children? This recipe will blow your mind. My child loves chocolate and ice-cream too, used to I always buy them ice-cream for stock. But now, since I know this recipe I always make this ice-cream. Homemade Chocolate bar ice-cream so easy to make even you’re beginner. You can improve the taste by yourself with different topping. You can add almond, peanut, chocolate chips, or your favorite fruit as you like. Let’s be creative and make your own ice-cream.
Chocolate Bar Ice-Cream Recipe
Ingredients
450 ml Fresh Milk
60 gr Milk Powder
30 gr Sugar
50 ml Milk + 20 gr corn starch (for thicken)
200 gr Milk Chocolate
1 tablespoon almond or roasted peanut (chop)
Instruction
Pour Fresh milk into pot add milk powder and sugar mix well
Heat the milk just a few minute with low heat
Mix corn starch with 50gr milk in a cup mix well then add to the pot cook until thickened
Pour into popsicles mold cover with the lid and let it cold about 8 hours (make sure you already put the ice stick)
Put the milk chocolate into a bowl and melt over boiling water
Pour into a glass for simple way to cover the bar
Take the ice bar mold put in water for about 1-2 minutes then remove it from the mold
Now you can cover your ice bar with the chocolate, you can also add some almond or peanut as you like
Finally your chocolate bar ice cream is ready to serve or freeze for a month or more in a zip bag
