Gluten Free Cake Delicious Recipe
You can make your own gluten free cake with various ingredients. This recipe is based on rice flour and is intended for a cake pan of 20-22 cm and for about 8-10 people.
Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 25 grams of cornflour
- 120 grams of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla-flavored sugar
- pinch of salt
- 25 grams of butter
Directions :
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees. Make sure the eggs are at room temperature by placing them in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Put the eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix for 10 minutes at high speed. If the mixture is light yellow, you can carefully scoop the sifted rice flour and cornflour through the mixture.
Step 2
Melt the butter on a low heat and then stir it gently into the batter. Put the gluten-free cake batter in the greased baking pan and put it in the oven.
Step 3
Check after 25-30 minutes whether the cake base is cooked by piercing it with a skewer. If the cake base is light brown and the skewer comes clean from the cake base, you can remove the cake base from the oven. Let it cool a little.
Step 4
Now you can fill the cake base with butter cream ( butter cream recipe ), jam or, for example, pastry cream. Then you can spread the cake with butter cream and cover with fondant and / or marzipan.
Your gluten free cake is ready to serving.
