Ongol cassava traditional food
Ingredients
600 grams of grated cassava
1 grated coconut (peeled)
1 pack of plain agar2
100 gr sugar
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 pack of small coconut milk

- Combine into basin, cassava, 3/4 part grated coconut, agar powder, salt, sugar, vanilla, coconut milk
- After the dough is flat, divide into 2 parts, which 1 part give green dye
Heat the steamer. pour white dough into plastic mold (pudding mold), - steam for 10 minutes then put the green dough, steam again for 20 minutes. if it’s cooked, remove from steaks and chill
Steam 1/4 of the grated coconut mixed with a pinch of salt. This grated coconut for sprinkling - Ongol ready to serve.
