Capcay Fried Meatballs
Ingredients
50 grams of chicken meat that has been cut into small pieces
200 grams of chopped white cabbage
5 pieces of meatballs, sliced according to taste
1 bundled green mustard greens
150 grams of cauliflower
1 carrot, cut lengthwise
1 teaspoon of fish sauce
2 cloves of roughly chopped garlic
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
Method
- Garlic sauteed until fragrant then add chicken and meatballs and stir until the color changes.
- fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper, stir well and add a little water.
- Add carrots, green mustard greens, chicory and cauliflower that has been cut into pieces, stirring until blended.
- Add the cornstarch and stir again until the food has thickened.
- Lift and cap fried cay ready to serve.
