Ingredients

50 grams of chicken meat that has been cut into small pieces
200 grams of chopped white cabbage
5 pieces of meatballs, sliced according to taste
1 bundled green mustard greens
150 grams of cauliflower
1 carrot, cut lengthwise
1 teaspoon of fish sauce
2 cloves of roughly chopped garlic
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper

Method 

  1. Garlic sauteed until fragrant then add chicken and meatballs and stir until the color changes.
  2. fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper, stir well and add a little water.
  3. Add carrots, green mustard greens, chicory and cauliflower that has been cut into pieces, stirring until blended.
  4. Add the cornstarch and stir again until the food has thickened.
  5. Lift and cap fried cay ready to serve.
