Eggs Spinach Cheese
5 chicken eggs, shake off
Salt to taste
½ tsp powder powder
margarine 1 tsp
1 grain of onion, finely chopped
1 small bunch of spinach, pick the leaves
2 tomatoes, seeded, cut into small boxes.
2 pieces of sausage, cut ½ cm round
100 gr cheese, roughly chopped
- Combine beaten eggs, salt and pepper powder. Stir well, set aside.
- Heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant. Add spinach, tomatoes and sausage, stirring until wilted.
- Add the cheese, stir. Pour eggs evenly. Cook over low heat until cooked and lift.
- serve on a plate and inlaid with broccoli to make it more appealing.
