Recipes Candied Banana Ice Cream

Confused your snacks for the weekend like this now? Just try making candied banana ice cream. Grilled bananas which are covered in caramel sauce, and equipped with ice cream as a complement, are guaranteed to make yourself ready to start the evening.

Ingredients

• 250 g of sugar
• 200 ml of water
• 10 bananas mas
• Vanilla ice cream
• 2 tbsp raisins
• 2 tablespoons of almonds / roasted peanuts, chopped for sprinkles

Method :

1. Peel the banana, split it in half and bake it on the grill until it changes color
2. Mix sugar and water in a thick base pan / pan, spread on the fire, cook until the sugar dissolves. Reduce the heat, cook until it thickens to become a sugar syrup.
3. Dip the baked bananas into the sugar syrup that is not hot, to coat all the banana parts.
4. Arrange bananas on a serving plate, place vanilla ice cream and give a sprinkling of raisins and almonds.
5. Ready To serve
