Chicken Curry With Egg
This is not just an ordinary snack. His sense of luxury will make your get together more special.
Ingredients
- 300 grams of crab meat
- 300 grams of minced chicken
- 1 tsp powdered chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons of sago flour
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- One tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
Ground spices:
- 5 curly red chilies
- 5 onion cloves
- 4 cloves garlic
- Omelet ingredients:
- 3 chicken eggs
- 8 tablespoons of water
Dyeing material:
- 1 beaten egg
Method
- Puree the spice ingredients in the blender.
- In the bowl, stir the minced chicken meat, crab meat, sago flour, powdered chicken broth, salt, pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, stir until evenly distributed
- Make the omelette on tevlon (low heat), (shake 3 eggs with water) then pour into a thin form of teflon until cooked (before pouring a small amount of oil then spread thinly with a kitchen towel), repeat until the mixture is finished, set aside.
- Place the meat mixture as much as 3-4 spoons in 1 omelet, roll it in aluminum foil.
- Steam for 20 minutes.
- Remove from aluminum foil, cut into small pieces according to taste, then dip into a beaten egg then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain and serve.
