Chicken Curry With Egg

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of crab meat
  • 300 grams of minced chicken
  • 1 tsp powdered chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons of sago flour
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • One tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

Ground spices:

  • 5 curly red chilies
  • 5 onion cloves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Omelet ingredients:
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 8 tablespoons of water

Dyeing material:

  • 1 beaten egg




Method

  1. Puree the spice ingredients in the blender.
  2. In the bowl, stir the minced chicken meat, crab meat, sago flour, powdered chicken broth, salt, pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, stir until evenly distributed
  3. Make the omelette on tevlon (low heat), (shake 3 eggs with water) then pour into a thin form of teflon until cooked (before pouring a small amount of oil then spread thinly with a kitchen towel), repeat until the mixture is finished, set aside.
  4. Place the meat mixture as much as 3-4 spoons in 1 omelet, roll it in aluminum foil.
  5. Steam for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from aluminum foil, cut into small pieces according to taste, then dip into a beaten egg then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Drain and serve.
