Ingredients:

  • 500 gr rice
  • 150 gr Rice
  • 800 ml water or broth
  • 1 egg, scrambled
  • 50 g mince beef/chicken suit taste
  • 2 stalks spring onion chopped
  • 1 sheet nori

How To Make:

  1. Soak the glutinous during 15menit, drain then wash to clean.
  2. Mix the rice and sticky rice, enter in the ricecooker. Cook with water broth.
  3. After cooking, the rice balls and put a fried egg and shredded. Add mayoinese if liked.
  4. Shape into triangles, inlaid with scallions and nori.
  5. Onigiri is ready to be served.
