Delicious Corn Puree Recipes
For good taste, don’t forget to use pandan leaves into corn puree.
For : 4 servings
Ingredients :
- 600 ml thick coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Pandan leaves
- 350 gram sweet corn, Pipil, steamed
- 2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolve with 2 tbsp water
- 150 ml Cocopandan syrup
- 100 gram pomegranate seeds, dried, boiled
- 100 gram Nata De Coco
Directions :
- Cook coconut milk, salt, and pandan leaves to the boil and smell pandan leaves out. Set aside.
- Cut corn into two, puree 1 part with a blender. Stir in the fine corn and 1 part of the other corn into the boiling coconut milk.
- Add cornstarch, cook to boil and thickens. Lift.
- Presentation: Pour the corn porridge into the serving bowl, flush with the Cocopandan Syrup, add the pomegranate seeds and Nata de coco.
