Double chocolate cake
8 egg yolks
4 egg whites
150gr sugar (I blender used before dimix)
1/2 tsp vanilli
90 g flour mixed and sifted
30 gr maizena
30 gr cocoa powder
100 gr butter melted
Chocolate Cream:
300 gr dcc
200 g unsalted butter
60 g of liquid milk
(I make half the recipe)
How to make chocolate cream: brown team until melted. Remove, add liquid milk, mix well.
Let stand until slightly frozen, then enter butter. Shake with mixer until smooth.
250 gr liquid milk
600 gr dcc
How to make ganache:
heat milk to boiling. Turn off the fire, enter dcc, stir until brown dissolves.
METHOD
- Beat the egg yolk, egg whites, sugar, and vanilli until fluffy white and fluffy.
- Add the flour mixture bit by bit.
- Enter the melted butter, stirring it with a spatula.
- Pour the adona into a 20x8cm uk tray.
- Bake at 170 drjt for 30 minutes / depending on oven.
- Cake the cake into 3 parts.
- Take one piece of cake, cream with chocolate. Cover again with cake, top with chocolate cream until cake runs out.
- Spread the whole cake with ganache, and decorate according to taste.
- Double chocolate cake can already be served
