Mascarpone Orange Puding Ice Cream Recipes

Ingredients
- 2 organic lemons (zest)
- 1 organic orange (zest)
- 8 egg yolks
- 50 cl whole milk
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 g sweetened condensed milk
Directions :
- Prepare the ice cream the night before . Put the grated orange and lemon zest (keep some ribbons for decoration) in a saucepan with the milk and the mascarpone. Heat over high heat, watching carefully.
- Vigorously whisk the yolks with the sweetened condensed milk 2-3 minutes until the mixture whitens.
- Slowly and gradually add the warm milk-mascarpone-zest mixture to the previous mixture while whisking. Return everything to the pan. Cook over low heat without ever stirring quickly to stir the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon.
- When the preparation thickens , pass it through a Chinese over a pudding pan. Let cool and store in the freezer for 1 night.
- Take out the mold 10 minutes before tasting . Turn over onto a serving platter. Decorate with ribbons of lemon zest.
