Mocca French Pastry
To make this Mocca French Pastry cake you will need :
- The sponge cake:
- Classic buttercream or buttercream made with Italian meringue
- Syrup
- Toasted slivered almonds
- Coffee flavor
- A square stainless steel frame for mounting the cake
- Chocolate for decoration

When the syrup has cooled add 1 teaspoon of coffee flavor or instant coffee diluted with two or three drops of water then set aside.

Directions :
- Add the coffee flavor to the buttercream then set aside
- Line dishes, pour over the dough and even the surfaces well.

then remove the baking paper
