Cheesecake ( Cake Sus )
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour which has a moderate protein content of 125 grams.
- Water is clean enough to taste or approximately as much as a quarter of a liter.
- Iodized iodine salt for 1/4 teaspoon.
- Large medium size chicken eggs 3 pcs.
- Hard cheese or commonly also called Cheddar cheese as much as 60 grams.
- Grate cheese until quite smooth.
- Baking Powder or cake ingredients ingredients as much as half a small spoon or
- Margarine as much as 100 grams.
Method
- Take a medium sized container to boil water until it boils.
- Add 100 grams of margarine and salt to the kitchen. Stir until all liquids and mix well.
- Reduce the heat, stirring at least 125 grams of flour while stirring constantly.
- Repeat the process until all the flour runs out then turn off the stove and lift fire.
- If the dough is not yet dull, add a little flour until the dough is smooth.

- Next put 60 grams of grated cheddar cheese and half a spoon of baking powder.
- Stir back all the ingredients slowly until well blended.
- Take the baking sheet to be used and spread with margarine so as not to stick.
