Ingredients:

2 pieces of chicken breast fillet.
2 tbsp seasoning flour.
1 egg.
bread flour / panir sufficiently.
1 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp pepper powder.

Method

  1. Baked chicken breast with salt and pepper, let stand for about 15 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs, mix with seasoning flour and dip chicken breast into egg and then Roll into breadcrumbs for solid and bread flour sticking when fried, cool into the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  3. After that heat the oil, remove the chicken katsu from the freezer and fry the chicken until drowned with medium heat.
  4. Once browned and looking krispi, lift.
