Kimbab Korean
Ingredients
4 sheets of kim (dried seaweed) are rectangular and black
2 bowls of rice
1 omelet, thinly sliced
carrots, thinly sliced like 50 gram matches
50 grams and praise (pickled radish), cut like a match
spinach, clean and then boiled briefly with salt water, then filtered 50 grams
50 grams of ham (can be replaced with meat, tuna, cheese) cut matches
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
A little salt and cooking oil
How to make :
- Mix the rice with 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, vinegar, and a little salt.
- Saute the carrot with a little oil.
- Pour and flatten the rice over the kim.
- Arrange carrots, spinach, omelet, ham, and praise on the top of the rice.
- Scroll the chim together with the contents.
- Cut by 1 centimeter.
- Serve.
