Eggs Spinach Cheese

Ingredients:

5 chicken eggs, shake off
Salt to taste
½ tsp powder powder
margarine 1 tsp
1 grain of onion, finely chopped
1 small bunch of spinach, pick the leaves
2 tomatoes, seeded, cut into small boxes.
2 pieces of sausage, cut ½ cm round
100 gr cheese, roughly chopped

Method

1. Combine beaten eggs, salt and pepper powder. Stir well, set aside.
2. Heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant. Add spinach, tomatoes and sausage, stirring until wilted.
3. Add the cheese, stir. Pour eggs evenly. Cook over low heat until cooked and lift.
4. serve on a plate and inlaid with broccoli to make it more appealing.
