Ingredients

1 kg of pork, choose a fatty rada (part kapsim), can also use chicken meat, chest or thigh that is not boned
Materials for marinate:
1 tablespoon smoothly (mostly can be bitter yes)
1/2 cup or 120 ml rice cooking wine
1 tablespoon ngo hiong powder
100 ml of honey
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1tablespoon ground garlic or grated garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Pork cut some parts, wash clean, drain / wipe with paper towel
  • Mix all marinate ingredients
  • Arrange in a large baking sheet, foil lid, roast with flame 170’C for 1 hour, return the meat, roast again for 1 hour, can also be cooked directly in a cauldron, said to dry, do not forget to be flipped back
  • After the meat is tender, arrange the meat on the wire rack, alacin baking sheet with aluminum foil, arrange the shelf on the baking sheet, bake with fire over for 5 minutes, turn back, bake again for 5 minutes.
  • Cut 2, serve with warm rice
