Soursop Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
500 ml of water
100 ml of low fat milk or soy milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
7 grams (1 packet) powdered agar
100 grams of sugar
Soursop Sauce:
500 grams of soursop mixed with boiled water, strain, take water as much as 300 ml.
50 grams of sugar.
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolve it with a little water.
Method
- Mix water, cocoa powder, powdered agar, and granulated sugar. Cook while stirring slowly until boiling.
- Prepare a 100 ml volume of personal print, wet with boiled water. Pour the gelatin dough and then cool.
- Sauce: poached soursop sour with sugar. Thicken it with cornstare, stirring until it boils and thickens up and chill.
- Remove the gelatin from the mold, flush with soursop sauce.
- serve.
