Yakisoba Noodles
Noodles is one of the foods that almost exist in all countries, although with different names and recipes and one fried noodle whose name is quite famous in the world is a fried noodle from Japan, or commonly known as yakisoba.
Ingredients
340 grams of yakisoba (or other types of noodles)
3 cloves of garlic
chicken or beef, cut into small pieces 50 grams
50 grams of cabbage, roughly chopped
50 grams of carrots, cut into matches
Leaves onion, cut into length
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp sesame oil
White pepper
Salt
How to make:
- Heat the cooking oil over the pan. Add the garlic and saute until the color becomes brownish.
- input chicken or beef, stir briefly, then add the cabbage and carrots, then mix well.
- Add the noodles and all the spices, stirring.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked, while stirring constantly.
- Lift and serve.
