Recipes Cheesy Tuna Puff

Ingredients

• 2 cooking oil
• 100 g of onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 100 g of carrots
• 200 g of canned tuna meat
• 1 tsp pepper powder
• 100 g of cheddar cheese
• 12 puff pastry sheets
• 1 egg
• 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• Parsley to taste

Method :

1. Saute the onion, garlic, and carrots, mix well.
2. Add canned tuna meat, powdered pepper, and cheddar cheese, stirring evenly.
3. Place the tuna meat mixture on the puff, spread the edges with a beaten egg, then fold into a triangle.
4. Squeeze / shape the edge of the puff with a fork, pour mayonnaise on it.
5. Bake in the oven hot at 180 ° C until cooked (± 30 minutes). Remove it
