Recipes Cinnamon Cake

Contents:
120 g of unsalted butter
90 g brown sugar
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
Dry Material:
450 g of all-purpose flour
240 g of fine grained sugar
4 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Wet Material:
360 ml of liquid milk
2 chicken eggs
120 ml of oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
100 g pecans, baked
Glazing:
120 g of cream cheese
120 g of refined sugar
2 tablespoons of liquid milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix well all ingredients. Enter in the triangle palette. Set it aside.
- Mix dry ingredients. Stir well.
- Mix the wet ingredients in the jar. Stir well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until well blended and smooth.
- Pour the mixture in a round baking pan 18 cm in diameter. Spray the filling mixture into a spiral above the cake surface. Sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake in a hot temperature of 180˚C until cooked (45 minutes). Take it out.
- Glazing: Beat cream cheese and refined sugar using a mixer until smooth.
- Add liquid milk and vanilla extract, stir again until blended.
- Pour the glazing over the hot cake surface. Serve it.
