Fried Chicken Lemon Sauce
I just tried this dish with a number of recipes and this dish I often met in Asia, when I traveled to several Asian countries
there I tried some food and then asked for some of their cooking ingredients for me to bring to my country and I tried to cook at home and finally it was better to make Fried Chicken Lemon Sauce ..: D
- 1 cup of water
- 4 tablespoons of fried chicken oil
- 1 margarine
- 2 garlic cloves thin sliced orchids
- 5 slices of red onion
- 1 slice of sliced green onion
- 1 ginger finger
- One sliced tomato
- Lemon squeeze
- 1 lime leaf
- 1 tsp pepper
- 7 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 sachet of oyster sauce
- chicken (1 kg)
- Margarine to taste
Method :
- Clean the chicken then coat it with salt and 1/2 juice from lemon let stand 15 minutes
- Fry chicken with hot oil using low heat until golden yellow
- Saute onion, garlic, tomatoes, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, orange leaves with margarine.
- Then add fried chicken oil. Saute until fragrant
- Then add water. Cook until boiling
- Put the chicken with the remaining lemon juice to cook until it thickens and then add the scallions and chili slices. Stir until wilted and evenly distributed. Lift
- Prepare and serve warm moments with rice
