Lobster Flamed Whiskey

200 Gr of Lobster 1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of paprika
50 ml of whiskey Flower of saltolive oil
Heat olive oil in a pan. Rinse the Lobster, and put them in the pan. Sprinkle with flour and paprika, and mix well.
Cook for ten minutes over medium heat. (For me, 7 to 8 minutes.).
Pour the whiskey over the Lobster and flambé them, turning off the extractor hood.
Once the flames are out, take the Lobster out of the pan, and sprinkle them generously with salt. Mix well, your whiskey prawns are ready.
