Jajangmyeon
Ingredients
600 grams of wet noodles
100 grams of beef
2 pieces of onion
1/2 fruit zukini
2 pieces of potato
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
4 tablespoons of sago water
2 glasses of water
7 tablespoons oil
6 Jajangmyeon sauce called Chunjang
How to make :
- Cut meat like dice, onion, potato and zukini fruit.
- Fried ~Jajangmyeon sauce with 6 tablespoons oil.
- Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, then fry the onion, then add beef, zucchini and potatoes.
- After the ingredients are cooked, add the sauce that has been fried before.
- Stir until blended, then pour sago water.
- After boiling for 5 minutes, turn off the fire and boil the noodles then rinse with water.
- Put the noodles in a large bowl and pour the sauces on top.
- Serve together with yellow radish pickles.
